Traveling outside the greater Chiloquin Area?
Your FireMed membership is good in the yellow areas on the map above.
Formerly known as Sustaining Donor Membership with Chiloquin Volunteer Ambulance Service
The same cost, the same benefit for your family with the best emergency care
The $60.00 cost of membership is still a bargain, as it has been for the past 19 years.
As insurance premiums rise, along with deductibles and co-payments, the value of a FireMed Membership increases. Many people cannot afford healthcare insurance, making FireMed Membership an even greater asset in their time of need.
The benefit of your membership: You will not be billed for your insurance deductible or co-pay for the emergencytransport services we provided and billed your insurance for. If you do not have insurance, you will not receive any bill for the emergency transport services we provided.
